Absolutely nothing.

I truly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with a marvelous location near the center. The property was very close to the clock tower and famous clubs and restaurants. Also, there was Sai Darbar Temple not very far from the hotel.

This property offers a great location with easy connectivity to the whole city. The staff were pleasant and efficient. The room was tastefully decorated and clean. The food was of excellent quality.

The price is on the higher side and the billing process could be more efficient. The A-la-Carte menu had a long waiting time and there was no full-time buffet service.

The hotel's attention to detail is truly impressive, from the beautifully maintained rooms to the unique flooring in the bathroom that adds a touch of luxury to your stay. The staff's behavior, from the top management to the reception staff, is welcoming and impressive. Additionally, the hotel's excellent location allows you to explore the city easily and within minutes.

The hotel facilities were top-notch- the rooms were clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was excellent too, with a wide range of options to choose from. Furthermore, the hotel had ample parking space, which was very useful for us.

Spent my Christmas holidays in this hotel and it was amazing! Loved the complementary breakfast and the welcome drink upon checking in. the location was key as it was close to all the shopping and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, always making sure our needs were met. the rooms were clean and cozy with a great view of the city.

the toilet was leaking and there wasn't a dental kit or napkin pre-provided.

First of all, the location was absolutely perfect. It was right in the middle of the city, but surprisingly not crowded at all. There were so many good places to eat within walking distance, which was a huge plus. The staff at this hotel were also fantastic. They were always smiling, welcoming, and ready to help with anything we needed. Lastly, I have to mention the breakfast. It was excellent. The variety of food options and the quality was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day.
